Our Company History
1995
In 1995, Hermann Rausch founded the company Rausch Technik and simultaneously launched the Ladeboy trunk, the first wheelchair loading system that allows people to effortlessly lift their wheelchair into the vehicle at the push of a button.
1998
In 1998, Rausch Technik expanded its offerings with the Ladeboy S – now known as Liftfriend – providing a second solution for comfortable wheelchair loading.
2002
In 2002, Rausch Technik expanded its product portfolio with the conversion of the swing door, creating a vehicle solution that makes loading the wheelchair from the side behind the driver's seat even easier and more comfortable.
2004
In 2004, Rausch Technik introduced the pneumatic sliding door, offering another way to automate vehicle entry for wheelchair users simply and effortlessly.
2005
In 2005, Rausch Technik launched the Scooterboy – a system specifically designed for loading heavy wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters.
2008
With the introduction of the Ladeboy S2, Rausch Technik set new standards in lateral wheelchair loading in 2008 and offers self-drivers a particularly comfortable and safe system for everyday use.
2009
In 2009, Rausch Technik developed the universal kit, which allows for the proven loading systems to be used even more flexibly and independently of vehicles.
2015
With the introduction of the Faltboy in 2015, Rausch Technik expanded its range to include a compact and space-saving solution for wheelchair loading.
2016
In 2016, Rausch Technik launched the electric door, enabling fully automatic operation at the push of a button – without any physical effort.
2018
In 2018, the Moving Star was introduced – an innovative system for the effortless loading of folding wheelchairs, further rounding out the product range.
2025
In 2025, Moritz Preg took over the management of the company from founder Hermann Rausch, continuing the success story of Rausch Technik as an internationally recognized manufacturer of wheelchair loading systems into the next generation.
